OPTION 1


PRIVATE COMMISSION (ARTISTIC PORTFOLIO)
  I would like to pay for an artistic photographic session with David
       
As David is often booked months in advance, this is not a guarantee of a photo session with him.  We have many applications each week for models wishing to book an artistic session. Models are selected based on their artistic look, rather than glamour.

All shoots require a 10% non refundable deposit upon acceptance of your session and a further 20%, 14 days prior to shooting and final payment made on handover of images.

After a photo session, models may be offered the opportunity to sell their work in the Gallery, online or another paid session.

ABOUT THE SESSIONS
No models are asked to do anything they are not comfortable with and this should be discussed at the pre-production meeting prior to filming. We do not do erotic photography for gallery exposure, but can discuss it for private commissions.

It is assumed that applicants have supplied current photographs as reference material.

NO third party persons are permitted on location or set, with the exception of talent attendees (make up, hair dressers, when required etc) without the photographers written permission 

All bookings are subject to weather and may be cancelled with short notice and without payment. (Unless interstate)
In many instances, a short paid photo session (3 - 4 hours) may be offered, to trial image outcomes.

OTHER POINTS OF INTEREST
Talent cannot use Australian Portraits photographs for their own use without written permission.
For portfolio use, permission shall not be unreasonably withheld.

At the pre-production meeting, a standard limited commercial license and talent release will need to be signed in conjunction with this document. This release agreement will outline where the photographs are most likely to be used.

The copyright owners (or agents of) retain all rights in preserving photographic material as described.
 Any unauthorised copying, editing, exhibition, public performance, diffusion, and/or broadcasts of this program material or part
thereof is strictly forbidden without written permission from the copyright owners (or agents) and may be an offence under
Australian Copyright Laws.
