The Agency or Borrower, (as above) hereby acknowledges that all
photographic
material and associated unedited footage is to be used strictly for the
sole production as described above (Production Title). A CREDIT is to be
provided to either the photographer DAVID HANCOCK or the company
AUSTRALIAN PORTRAITS, alongside the image used when possible, or contained within the
publications own credits. In the event of a Web or CD Publication, a
link should be provided to
www.australianportraits.com
The copyright owners (or agents of) retain all rights in preserving
program material as described below (see Edit Decision List). Any
unauthorised copying, editing, exhibition, public performance,
diffusion, and/or broadcasts of this program material or part thereof is
strictly forbidden without written permission from the copyright owners
(or agents) and may be an offence under Australian Copyright Laws.
A sample of the finished copy or product (photocopy or proof) must
be made available to Hypervision within 21 working days of the finished
production (The Edit Dates) at no charge to AUSTRALIAN PORTRAITS. Images will be
charged at the prescribed fee as stated above (Charge rate) or as
advised.
