COPYRIGHT & RELEASE
Australian Portraits or a representative of, retain all Copyright on images and retain the right to reproduce 
copies thereof, either wholly or in part. All rights  shall belong to Australian Portraits (Hypervision) absolutely and they shall have 
the right to the unrestricted use thereof, in whatever manner they may, in absolute discretion, think fit, in any part of the world, 
with or without colour grading, retouching, adding special effects or alterations found necessary.

The said images or imagery and all reproductions thereof, shall be deemed to represent an imaginary person 
or myself, and I hereby authorise Australian Portraits (Hypervision) or any person authorized by them, including their principals,
to use the said imagery either wholly or in part, and in  any reproductions thereof, for any purpose whatsoever or for the purposes 
of illustrating any statements and/or wording which Hypervision or their Principals, may desire or think fit to 
the extent that may be permitted by law and I agree that no implications shall be deemed to be made with regard to myself.

I FURTHER UNDERTAKE AND AGREE for the consideration aforesaid not to commence any civil actions or 
proceedings nor to make any claims or demands of a civil nature against Australian Portraits (Hypervision) or their Principals, 
in respect of any use by them or their Principals of the said imagery.

I agree that this acknowledgement is to be in addition to and not in substitution for any rights which
Hypervision or their Principals, may have under the Copyright Act 1912 - 1935.

Australian Portraits retain the right to print contact details on all cards and / or brochures

No guarantee for longevity or durability of images can be given 
Whilst every care will be taken with image quality, no guarantees can be given.
(Images should last in excess of 30 years)
