Sexlineatus The Six-striped Grouper is a very intelligent
fish and its juvenile size of about 1½ to 2½ in (4 to 6 cm), it is safe with almost any
other fishes. However, in common with other fishes of its family, it has an exceedingly
large mouth, a characteristic which, as the fish grows larger, may be the beginning of the
end for the smaller damselfishes, clownfishes, etc., which share its home.
